Relying on both dynamic and static analysis methods,both microstructure and macrostructure analysis methods,both on-line and off-line analysis methods,as well as both along-line sampling and die sampling techniques,the author of this thesis studied and developed an on-line microscopic system,the on-line rheometers and the on-line samplers which are used in single screw extruding process for the first time.
