In the research, one kind of guzmania species named ostara was employed to be as material, and the full-length cDNA plasmid library of floral organ was constructed successfully by using SMART technology. The library had 3×10^6 original titer and more than 1 kb insert fragments. After 5'EST sequencing from 2004 positive clone chosen at random and clustering analyse, 1 758 high-quality sequences and 1 365 unigenes including 175 contigs and 1 195 singlets were obtained. These unigenes had 1 283 valid ORFs. COG analysis showed that those proteins coded by EST sequences were divided into 22 classes. Through blast analysis, full length or part cDNA of some genes controlling flower color, development of floral organs, florescence regulation and other breeding value genes were obtained.
本研究以擎天凤梨属品种Ostara为材料,采用SMART技术成功构建了擎天凤梨花器官的质粒型全长cDNA文库,初始文库滴度为3×10^6,插入片段平均长度大于1kb;随机挑取2004个阳性克隆进行5'EST测序,获得高质量序列1758条,经拼接获得1365条单基因簇,其中跨叠群175个和单条序列1195个;经ORF寻找共获得有效ORF1283条;经COG分析EST序列编码的蛋白质被分为22类;经Blast分析后,获得一批花色、花器官发育、花期调控以及其它育种价值基因(包括cDNA全长或片段)。

In chapter 4, by AREELS, the Generalized Oscillator Strength Density Spectra were measured in the energy region from 56 to 66eV, with the incident energy 2. 5 keV and energy resolution 80 meV, at scattering angles from 0°to 6°, corresponding to the momentum transfer K〓=0.03~2. 01 a. u. The Fano profile parameters f〓 and q for the optically allowed transition 〓(0, 1)〓P°and the optically forbidden transitions 〓(1, 0)〓S〓and 〓(1, 0)〓D〓 were obtained as a function of K〓. With the hyperspherical coordinate wavefunctions, the dynamical correlation are discussed qualitatively. So, a new experimental way to study dynamical electron correlation effect is opened.In chapter 5, the widely used R-matrix theory was introduced. Then, the GOSDS for the optically allowed excitation series (1s〓)〓S〓→〓(0, 1)〓P°(n=2-4) were calculated by this method, and the Fano profile parameters f〓 and q were obtained sequently. So the electron correlation effect can be described by these parameters quantitatively, and the theoretical results were compared with our AREELS experimental results.

In this thesis, firstly, some main models have been checked on their accuracy, and the reliability of MACORS code has been verified by the RELAP5/MOD2 code on five transient conditions for QSNP: loss of flow; loss of offsite power; incontrollable control rod withdrawal; the feed-water temperature increasing and the feed-water lost. The results obtained are very satisfactory. Secondly, MACORS is used to calculate the operating and accident transients for QSNP, and the analysis results are significant to real engineering. And finally for MNRS, MACORS is used to simulate the steady-state natural circulation heat-removed capacity and the transient behaviors from forced circulation to natural circulation. Some important conclusions are obtained by the analysis results.
本论文首先从各方面对核动力系统中最主要的、热工水力特性最复杂的反应堆和蒸汽发生器进行单独验证和理论分析,其次分别利用RELAP5/MOD2程序和MACORS程序对秦山核电站的双环路失流、全厂断电、反应性事故引入、主给水参数变化及丧失主给水五种瞬态工况进行了计算,结果符合很好,从而证明了本程序模型的准确合理性,选择数值方法的有效性和编制程序的正确性;尔后,利用MACORS程序对秦山核电站的多种运行及事故瞬态进行了分析,得出了具有工程价值的结论;对船用核动力装置的稳态自然循环载热能力以及相应参数的特性、强迫循环与自然循环的过渡工况等进行了仿真分析,所得结论对我国核动力船舶的设计,运行以及安全审评具有重要的意义。

Incurrent research, aiming at the rupture problem engendered in the shooting process of acertain 5.56mm automatic rifle, the strain and stress distributions on the cartridge caseunder the action of axial pull have been analyzed. Based on the theories of elastic-plasticmechanics and contact mechanics, a mathematic and physical model of the cartridge-caseand chamber system has been set up; and based on the platform of the general softwarepackage APDL of ANSYS for finite element analysis, a parameterized model of thecartridge-case and chamber system has also been established. The method for nonlinearFEA has been adopted to analyze the stress distribution on the entire cartridge-case andchamber system, and the method of contact element has been employed to investigate thecontact stress between the cartridge case and chamber, and then the influences of frictioncoefficient and locking space on the static and dynamic stress and strain response of thecartridge case and chamber to the action of power gas have also been discussed. On thebasis of a lot of numerical tests, a kind of element Plane13, which is concentrated incoupled computation of heat and construction, has been used finally to simulate thetransient response of the cartridge-case and chamber system to the power gas. Throughloading the temporary thermal characteristics of explosive gas in the procedure of emulate, the corresponding transient thermal stress distributed on the entire system under thecombined load of transient thermal stress and transient pressure has been obtained. Owingto these comprehensive considerations, the numerical results obtained in this paperrepresent the actual situations comparatively exactly.
本文针对某5.56mm自动步枪在工作中出现断壳的问题,分析了弹壳在轴向拉力作用下的应力应变;基于弹塑性力学及接触理论,建立了弹壳弹膛系统的数学、物理学模型,在通用有限元ANSYS软件的参数化建模工具APDL平台上,建立了弹壳弹膛系统的参数化模型;采用非线性有限元法计算了弹壳弹膛系统的整体应力,引入接触单元法分析弹壳和弹膛的接触压力,探讨了在不同的摩擦系数和不同的闭锁间隙对弹壳弹膛静、动态响应的影响;本文进行了大量的尝试,最后确定采用热、结构耦合单元Plane13,在计算中加载了火药气体的温度历程,成功的获得了弹壳弹膛系统在瞬态的热载荷和瞬态的压力载荷同时作用下弹壳弹膛系统的热应力数值解,考虑因素全面,比较真实的反映了弹壳弹膛系统在火药气体压力和热载荷下作用的情况。
