The interspecific coordination effects of oat+vetch mixed annual pasture were studied with eleven treatments on alpine grassland in the up-stream area of Shiyang River. The results show that the interspecific coordinated effects raised obviously the utilization efficiency of such resources as solar energy, nutrients and water in sward of oat mixed with vetch. The height of the whole sward community, and dry material yields per hectare were improved.
