Results Using two methods, i.e., the mathematical simulation and las er surgery experiment the depth of thermal damage induced by laser irradiation i n biological tissues was determined. The CO2 laser power output was 1.50 W, 3 .15 W and 8.01 W, respectively, and irradiation time was 9-20 s. The avera ge value of relative deviation which represents the departure of the numerical s olution from the experimental result was 3.60%.

According to by the time series estimate power spectral density\'s periodogram law principle,the research adopts five level of orbital power spectra which US Federal railway Administrative bureau FRA proposed;then,through the Fourier inverse transformation,the orbital not smooth time domain samples are obtained, which determine the track irregularity peak-to-peak value and the corresponding wave length; on the basis of the research,the influence of the wheel track dynamic contact force are considered.Based on the orbital roadbed coefficient\'s definition,computation model is established to solve the roadbed equispaced spring constant,and the roadbed uniform spring stiffness is obtained by using the numerical simulation method.Finally,based on the Matlab procedure platform,the computational procedure is established,and the load time interval caused by the moving train acts on the roadbed is obtained.

Considering a spherical porous carbon particle immersed in a static ambient atmosphere, the combustion characteristics under three basic conditions: frozen flow, equilibrium flow, partial flow are solved in a half-analytical and half-numerical way. By using the LAEA (Large Activation Energy Asymptotic Method), the departure value of some parameters such as combustion rate, temperature, and concentration are obtained. On this basis, the rules of a carbon particle combustion under various conditions when the gas phase Damk〓hler number is in the range of 0,+∞ are summarized.

Observing the incontinuity in electricity price, we study the decision theory of real options under jump diffusion processes. We analyze the impacts of jump factor on the triggering value in optimal timing of investment. We also try to extend the traditional theory of real options based on the changes of market conditions and investment behavior of investor. At last, the numerical methods are discussed.

The model is used to count several engineering example.Comparing the 2D numerical results with electrical simulations,it is proved that the seepage model can count the seepage surface and the location of search results in dam well and truly.Comparing 3D results with 2D results at close section,the results are tally well except the difference of meshes and the interceptive position of section.So the model is credible and has upper practicality value.In the projects,the spending of account is increasing because of the bigger account field.
