The effects of different factors on the laser-induced graft polymerization on the PET surface were analyzed, and the mechanisms were discussed. The factors were: 1 Monomers with smaller molecules resulted in better modification than polymeric monomers. Acrylamide monomer was chosen as hydrophilic modifier finally; 2 Higher concentration of the monomer solution favored the graft reaction; 3 With the increasing laser fluence, the surface hydrophilicity of PET films increased at first, then decreased. More laser pulses led to a more hydrophilic surface; 4 Benzophenone as a photosensitizer hindered the graft polymerization; 5 The homopolymer retardant of ammonium iron sulfate hexahydrate in a proper concentration retarded the formation of homopolymers and promotes the graft copolymerization; 6 The solvent of monomer solution also affected the graft reaction. Different solvents functioned in different ways. Ethanol can promote the graft reaction because of the activity of hydrogen in its structure; 7 pH value of the monomer solution affects the polymerization rate, and a lower pH value was favorable to the graft reaction.

along with the development of digital technology,digital filters are widely used in many fields,this paper introduces how to design a iir digital notch filters in matlab environment.the design of digital notch filters can be achieved through three steps:firstly,the design of analog lowpass filter; secondly,it is analog lowpass to analog band stop filter conversion;at last,using the bilinear transformation make the analog notch filters change into digital notch filters.the paper also introduces how to design the transfer function of the digital notch filters using all the zeros and farthest points at the same time,it also introduces the program of the digital notch filters under butterworth analog lowpass prototype.

摘 要：随着数字技术的发展，数字滤波器在许多领域得到广泛的应用。研究一种在matlab语言环境下设计iir数字陷波滤波器的方法，在数字陷波滤波器设计过程中，先进行模拟低通滤波器的设计，然后进行模拟低通/模拟带阻滤波器转换，最后采用双线性变化法将模拟陷波滤波器转化成数字陷波滤波器。提出一种用所有零点和极点来表达数字陷波器传递函数的方法，同时给出以巴特沃斯模拟低通为原型设计数字陷波滤波器的程序。关键词：无限冲激响应；巴特沃斯滤波器；数字陷波滤波器；matlab；双线性变换

Results The excellent rate of razor skin graft was 45.6% but the graft led to claw hands of different degrees, scar contracture and joint malformation; the excellent rate of flap graft was 100% with good function recovery and nice appearance; medium-thickness skin graft, full-thickness skin graft and composite skin graft showed out close results, the excellent rates were from 90% to 94%.

结果 刃厚皮片移植优良率45.6%，刃厚皮片移植术后，存在不同程度的"爪形手"、瘢痕挛缩、关节畸形等。皮瓣移植优良率100%，术后功能较好，外观优良。中厚皮片移植、全厚皮片移植及复合皮移植效果接近，优良率为90%～94%。

The histopathologic observations of corneas after penetrating keratoplasty in dogs: Thestructure of wholly transparent graft was the same as that of host cornea apart from the upperdonor-host junction where there was minimal irregularity of the corneal lamellae. However, thecorneal lamellae at the lower donor-host junction were neat. The graft with its central part beingtransparent only showed poor coaptation with recipient, in which the graft shifted inward and had marked wrinkles and folds in Descemet"s membrane. On the back of Descemet"s membranethere was hyperplastic stromal fibers that thickened the graft and partially adhered to iris.

Results The long term results of the vascularized fibular graft varied in different types of bone defects. Nine patients with congenital pseudoarthrosis of tibia had the limb function restored in 65％ and one had nonunion of fibular graft, 3 fractures(7 times), and 5 angular deformities. Three patients with congenital radial deficiency had 62％ restoration of the limb function. All of them showed early closure of epiphyses of the grafted fibulae. Five cases with osteomyelitis and bone defects combined soft tissue deficiency had 94％ restoration of the limb function, and only one occurred fracture of fibular graft. One case with soft tissue defect and concomitant ulnar defect, ulnar nerve and median nerve injury, 67％ function of limb was recovered, and union of fibula graft was good. 100％ function of limb was recovered in 1 case with cavernoma of radius and without occurring valgus deformity of donor site.

结果应用带血管腓骨移植修复骨缺损的远期效果因缺损类型的不同而存在较大差异。9例先天性胫骨假关节患者，术后肢体功能恢复65％，其中移植腓骨骨不连1例、骨折3例(7次)、成角畸形5例；3例先天性桡骨缺如患者，术后肢体功能恢复62％，3例术后均出现移植腓骨骨骺线早闭，畸形复发；5例骨髓炎、骨外露、骨缺损并软组织缺损患者，术后肢体功能恢复94％，仅1例发生移植腓骨骨折；1例前臂软组织缺损并尺骨缺损，尺神经、正中神经损伤者，术后肢体功能恢复67％，骨愈合顺利；1例桡骨海绵状血管瘤者，术后肢体功能恢复100％，骨愈合顺利。

Our practice is to remoe the endosteal side of the graft for two reasons: first, the thin endosteal portion proides a graft to be placed across from the cortical graft; second, the endosteal surface, being rather rough and irregular, should be remoed to ensure good contact of the graft with the host bone.

［Objective］To compare the clinical results of different bone graft in the posterior route spinal fusion of adolescent idiopathic scoliosis.［Method］A retrospective study was made in 71 case of adolescent idiopathic scoliosis,who were operated on with posterior instrumentation of screw-rod fixation system from 2000 to 2005.All of the patients were divided into three groups,autologous bone graft in 21 cases,allogous bone graft in 23 cases, autologous bone mixed allogous bone graft in 27 cases. The fusion rate, the Cobb's angle loss rate of incidence and pseudoarthrosis were compared among the three groups at 3,9,15,36 months follow-up.

［目的］通过不同植骨在青少年特发性脊柱侧凸后路矫形植骨融合术中的应用比较，探讨其临床应用效果［方法］回顾性分析2000年～2005年行后路钉-棒系统矫形手术的71例青少年特发性脊柱侧凸患者，其中自体骨移植21例，同异体骨移植23例，自体骨混合同种异体骨移植27例，比较随访第3、9、15、36 月的融合率、Cobb's角丢失率及假关节发生率。

Results It was revealed that corneal vascularization,large graft,previous keratifis,eccentric graft,second graft and risk factors for corneal graft rejection.Prorking factors were described as an epithelium falling,corneal disease recuring,repeating grafting and the removing of the suture.

结果 统计分析结果表明：血管化角膜、大植片移植、植床术前的活动性炎症、偏中心移植、多次移植、联合手术均应视为穿透角膜移植术后免疫排斥反应的高危因素，而移植片上皮反复脱落、旧病复发、术眼再次手术、缝线松解与拆线等可能是诱导排斥反应发生的促发因素。
