本院用阻抗式心脏血流动力监测仪检测冠心病患者186例，评估其心功能，现将结果分析报告如下。1资料和方法1.1一般资料选择2007年1~5月住院患者186例，男91例，女95例，年龄41~89岁，均为冠心病患者，其中不稳定性心绞痛患者49例，急性心肌梗死患者24例，合并高血压病66例，合并糖尿病17例，合并心功能不全Ⅱ~Ⅲ级者30例。1.2方法和步骤选用美国CardioDyamics国际公司生产的BioZ.com血液动力学监护仪，全部病例均为入院当天或次日检测，有25例患者治疗1周后再次复查。
