The paper reviews the development in the analytical theory of mechanical behavior of composites, pointing out the problems existed, presenting creatively the concept of yarn state, solving the descriptive problem of perform structure of any woven composites and laying the foundation for predetermining the elastic behavior of 3-d woven composites with computer.
