Abstract］ Objective: To explore the inhibitory effect of curcumin on the production of NO and iNOS expression in microglia cell activated by LPS.

目的：观察姜黄素对脂多糖激活的小胶质细胞NO的产生及iNOS表达的影响。

Curcumin could decrease the iNOS expression and suppress the production of NO in activated microglia cells.
