One Nitroso-bacteria named N1(GenBank registered number: EU647556) was isolated from the SBBR one-step completely nitrogen removal process, and was identified as Nitrosomonas sp. The characteristics of N1 were studied. Results showed that the optimal temperature and pH of N1 were 8.0 and 30℃respectively and sufficient dissolved oxygen was demanded.
