BMSCs adhered on the surface of FDB after 4hrs, expanded in 24hrs and proliferated in polylayer in 4d. FDB, combined with BMSCs transferred by Adv-BMP2 gene, induced bone formation in the subcutis of nude mice in 6 weeks.
