130 rats were randomly divided into five groups: 5F electroacupuncture treatment group, 50Hz electroacupuncture treatment group,100Hz electroacupuncture treatment group, the model group and the control group. 4mm defect was produced in the left sciatic nerve of each rat and silicon nerve guards were used to bridge the nerve defect not including the rats of the control group. After 10 weeks electroacupuncture treatment, gross observation, histological examination of the sciatic nerve were carried with method of HE stainning and S-100 immunhistochemical staining, Sevier-Munger stainnning. The histomorphometric examination of the triceps muscles were observed with measuring width muscle cell and the wet weight, and measuring the content of the heparin and the lactic aid of the triceps muscle with biochemistry methods.
实验方法:将130只Wistar大鼠随机分为五组:正常组、造模组、电针5Hz组、电针50Hz组、电针100Hz组,除正常组外,其余各组手术切取坐骨神经4mm后,做坐骨神经硅胶管桥接术,造成周围神经损伤模型,取患侧足三里、三阴交、环跳穴,术后第四天开始电针,每两天一次,每次10分钟,治疗10周后处死动物,取出硅胶管内新生的坐骨神经,纵切片,HE染色、S100免疫组化染色、Sevier-Munger银染,观察坐骨神经纤维再生情况,以健侧同段坐骨神经做对照;取患侧脖肠肌称取湿重,HE染色,观察腓肠肌肌细胞直径,生化测量腓肠肌肌糖元、乳酸。

Results:There are 78 cases with uncomplete nerve injuries,included arm branchy nerve、sciatic nerve.These patients were treated by 1--10 course of treatment. The nerve damaged have been recoveried .The rate of cure is 67.9%,The rate of effection is 91%.
结果:本组78例臂丛神经、坐骨神经不全损伤者,经1—10个疗程的治疗,受损神经之治愈率达67.9%,有效率达91.0%。

Then transplantation of the sciatic nerve from donor rats to the recipient rats in two groups were progressed.7 days after nerve transplantation,the contents of cd4 and cd8 in peripheral plasma of recipient rats were detected by flow cytometry.8 weeks after nerve transplantation,transplanted nerve were observed under light microscope.results:compared with nonirradiated group,the percentage of cd4 and the ratio of cd4 to cd8 in uvb irradiated group were significantly decreased(p<0.05,p<0.01),cd8 percentage was significantly increased(p<0.01).conclusion:uvb-irradiated donor splenocytes were injected in the recipient rats through caudal veil,which could induce immunological tolerance to allogeneic transplantation.

BACKGROUND: Facial nerve defect seriously impacts the mental and physical health of patients as well as their quality of life. Pediceled neck muscle transplant and autologous nerve transplant have been used in clinical to repair facial nerve defect and restore the facial muscle function. However,there are disadvantages and limits of above methods which have restricted their wide application of them. Method]twenty six wistar rats were divided into two groups, with 13 in each group, peroneal nerve was transacted on the right side of all the animals, in one group, the proximal end of peroneal nerve was turned back and ligated, the distal end was sutured to the side of tibial nerve with perineurial window, in another group,both ends of the transacted peroneal nerve were turned back and ligated as contrast, no operation was done on the left side.
