The experimental study of dog sacral nerve distribution and its influence on lower urinary tract function:For further understanding of the distribution of dog sacral nerve in bladder, urinea and penis, and in order to set up theoretical basis for selective sacral nerve rhizotomy in treating spastic bladder after spinal cord injury, 12 dogs were respectively given electrical stimulation to S 1 3 nerve roots and the contraction of musculus sphincter urethrae and detrusor urinae, the change of bladder pressure and penis erection were examined and recorded.

Objective Through micro-anatomy of extensor indicis proprius of posterior interosseous nerve, median merve thear branch and deep branch of ulnar nerve, to investigate and prove the ieasinelity of reconstructing the deep branch of ulnar nerve and thenar btanch by translocating extensor indicis prius of posterior interosseous nerve with vessel, and provide theoretical basis for clinical application.

目的：对骨间后神经示指固有伸肌支、正中神经鱼际肌支及尺神经深支进行显微解剖，探讨并证实应用带蒂骨间后神经示指固有伸肌支移位修复尺神经深支及鱼际支术式的可行性，为临床应用提供理论依据。

Results:(1) The two nerves were found anatomically related at 5～10 mm and 26～30 mm respectively following hypoglossal nerve entering the muscle.(2)The diameter of the two nerves were observed to match well with each other or with the main branches at 10 mm following the branching of hypoglossal nerve.(3) At 6～10 mm prior to the branching of hypoglossal nerve there was a branch going to the lingual muscles and plexiform of lingual nerve.

Results The crosssectional area and the number of nerve fiber were (2.46 ± 1.03) mm2 and 1 305 ± 239 for the profundus nervi ulnaris,(2.62 ± 1.75) mm2 and 1 634 ± 343 for the recurrent branch of median nerve,(1.60 ± 1.39) mm2 and 1 201 ± 235 for the superficial branch of ulnar nerve, and (2.19 ± 0.89) mm2 and 1 362 ± 162 for the comman digital nerve of the ring finger.

All the indexes were tested in 2 -. 4 .. 6 weeks of operative intervals respectively. 分别在木后第2、4、6周时进行各项指标的检测，结果发现：（1）实验组SD大鼠在整个实验过程中，其精神、毛发、体重，运动灵活性等一般情况优于对照组；（2）实验组的坐骨神经功能指数恢复率显著优于对照组，P＜0.01；（3）神经电生理指标：实验组运动神经诱发电位潜伏期的延迟率显著优于对照组，P＜0.05；复合肌肉动作电位振幅的恢复率显著高于对照组，两组比较第2周时P＜0.01，第4、6周时，P＜0.05；小腿三头肌单收缩力和强直收缩力的恢复率实验组显著高于对照组，P＜0.01；（4）小腿三头肌湿重的恢复率，第2、4周时实验组高于对照组，差异非常显著，P＜0.01；第6周时，差异仍显著，P＜0.05；（5）组织形态学指标：有髓种经轴突计数、再生轴突直径的恢复率，毛细血管面积，实验组均显著大于对照组，P＜0.01、P＜0.05、P＜0.001；实验组髓鞘厚度的恢复率也显著高于对照组，第2周时P＜0.01，第4、6周时，P＜0.05；（6）透射电镜超微结构观察：实验组再生轴突中细胞器丰富，髓鞘结构成熟，神经再生情况优于对照纽。

The rabbits were immobilized according to the standard of X_knife before CT scanning. The interrelation of the silica gel tube and bony structures was analyzed, a nerve segment was selected, which could be localized according to the related bony structures as irradiation target.
