Objective:To evaluate the clinical effects of the interventional therapy through internal iliac artery on avascular necrosis of the femoral head.

CT characteristics: malignant GISTs mainly qualified as large size, inequable density, necrosis and cystoid changes in the center, unsmoothing and lobulated border lines, inequable reinforcement after enhanced CT scanning.

CT特征：恶性度较高的胃肠间质瘤CT表现为：肿块相对较大，密度不均，肿瘤中央坏死及囊变多见；肿瘤边缘多不光整，可呈分叶状。

Methods Rabbits were randomized to three groups. Complex model group were fed with feed containing 0.5% cholesterol for 3 weeks. At the fourth, eighth and twelfth weeks, rabbits were given injection of lipopolysaccharide (1 μg) at auricular artery, cervical part and fold inguen, respectively. Normal group were fed with normal diet, while High cholesterol group were fed with feed confaining 0.5% cholesterol only. After 16 weeks, vascular tissues were analyzed using morphometric and histological methods, and the sera were checked for cholesterol, LDL-C, C-reaction protein and tumor necrosis factor-α. Results The cholesterol and LDL-C of High cholesterol group were increased, compared to those of normal group.

Results According the MRI characteristric of hypoxic-ischemic encephalopath sequela:(1)The most common findings were white matter injury in 47 cases:①Periventricular leukomalacia in 23 cases;②Selective cerebral neuronal necrosis of basilar node lentiform nucleus and optic colliculus in 9 cases;③Corpus callosum damaged in 15 cases;(2)The most damaged of grey matter in 18 cases;(3)Focal or multifocal ischemic crerbral intenerate in 9 cases;(4)Diffuse crerbral injury in 5 cases.

结果 根据儿童缺血缺氧性脑病后遗症的MRI影像特点，将其分为：(1)脑白质损伤为主：47例；①脑室周围脑白质脱髓鞘、软化：23例；②基底节豆状核、视丘神经元选择性损害：9例；③胼胝体受损变薄：15例；(2)脑灰质损害为主：18例；(3)局部或多处脑软化：9例；(4)广泛脑损害：5例。

Exceed 5cm tumor moderately enhanced, but asymmetrical. CT value of major mass were 25-35Hu, with boundary zone nodule enhancement, contrast-enhanced CT value 50-60Hu, and centricity necrosis.

结果 （1）盆腔内直肠壁或直肠周围软组织肿块，大小不等，肿块与直肠壁关系密切；（2）直肠不同程度的受压、变窄，肿块主要向直肠腔外生长，对周围组织产生推挤压迫；（3）径线在5cm以下肿瘤平扫时密度稍低，但均匀，增强时表现为中等度均匀强化，无坏死；径线在5cm以上10例肿块密度平扫时呈稍低密度且不均匀，CT值25-35Hu，增强时较大的肿瘤边缘带中等度结节样强化，CT值50-60Hu，肿块中心部分无强化，呈坏死样改变。
