To study the effect of nematode-induced forest succession on avian communities, we chose three forest types at different seral stages, including evergreen broad-leaved coppice infested by the pine wood nematode for five years and evergreen broad-leaved forest infested for 12 years, both from Xiangshan County, Zhejiang, and one 40-year-old evergreen broad-leaved forest from Tiantong National Forest Park, Zhejiang.

The species diversity of Dipentodon sinicus communities in Yushe National Forest Park of Guizhou province was studied based on the quadrate method. The results showed that Rosaceae, Ericaceae, Betulaceae, Fagaceae, Theaceae, Lauraceae, Caprifoliaceae, Cornaceae were the dominant families in D. sinicus communities of Yushe National Forest Park. In the 10 sample plots, there were 8 which were absolutely dominated with D. sinicus population, the importance value came up to 135.69 on average, and it was far higher than the others. For D. sinicus communities, the abundance index (2.847), Simpson index (0.601), Shannon-Wiener index (1.523), probability of inter-specific encounter (0.601) and species evenness (0.569) of the tree layer were lower than those of the shrub layer (5.580, 0.830, 2.377, 0.829, 0.672, respectively) on the whole. It markedly showed a species diversity characteristic of the mixed broadleaved evergreen and deciduous forest in middle subtropics. In the 10 sample plots, the species diversity level of Q1 was the highest, followed by Q3, Q5 and Q6 was the lowest.

摘要运用样方法对贵州省玉舍国家级森林公园稀有保护植物十齿花群落的物种多样性进行了研究，结果表明：玉舍国家级森林公园十齿花群落以蔷薇科、杜鹃花科、壳斗科、桦木科、山茶科、樟科、忍冬科、山茱萸科等为优势科；10个样地中有8个样地以十齿花种群占绝对优势，其平均重要值高达135.69，远远高于其它种群；十齿花群落乔木层物种丰富度为2.847、Simpson指数为0.601、Shannon-Wiener指数为1.523、种间相遇机率为0.601、均匀度指数为0.569，总体上均小于灌木层(分别为：5.580、0.830、2.377、0.829、0.672)，表现为较明显的亚热带常绿落叶阔叶混交林的物种多样性特征。10个样地中，Q1的物种多样性程度最高，Q3次之，Q5和Q6最小，多样性程度最低，10个样地的物种多样性排序为Q1＞Q3＞Q9＞Q7＞Q2＞Q4＞Q10＞Q8＞Q5＞Q6。

Behaviour ecology, physio-ecology and community ecology of vines in the evergreen broad-leaved forest of Tiantong National Forest Park, Zhejiang Province, China, were studied and rich first-hand data were collected in this project.Some vines with different climbing motheds were much different in leaf anatomy, ecophysiology, growth rhythm and behavior, and another vines with same climbing methods showed similar adaptation to habitat, on which their distribution in a forest depended. The concept of climbing unit consisted of internode, leaves and tendrils or other climbing organs on it was put forth, and the method to calculate and value the climbing capaity of a vine was set up. In the meantime,experimental ecology of a twining vine Humulus scandens was carried out.

本项目以浙江天童常绿阔叶林为基地，从行为生态、生理生态和群落生态学等角度较系统深入地研究了常绿阔叶林藤本植物的生态适应特征，取得了丰富的第一手资料，结果表明不同攀援类型的藤本在形态结构、生理生态、生长和攀援行为上表现出明显的差异，而同一攀援类型的藤本表现出较大的趋同适应的特征，但也存在着差异，这些特征或差异决定了它们在群落中分布的层次和与支持木之间的作用方式；提出了攀援单位的概念，初步建立了攀援能力的测定和评估方法。

Based on the concept and the theory of forest park and forest tourism, development advantages of Hanzhong forest park were identified as follows: i through the past several years'development, forest tourism products were getting so abundant gradually that a fundamental scale was formed, with three national forest parks as well as three province parks founded; ii the idea of"tourism stimulation"was determined as the development strategy in the province since forest tourism played an increasingly significant part in the development of Hanzhong economy and society; iii geo-topographically, forest park in Hanzhong not only possess similar precipitous view of Qinling, but also equally splendid scenery of Bashan; iv hydrologically, the landscape had a lasting appeal as that in south China to some extend; v the forest located in the best site of the same latitude; vi with the opening of Xihan expressway, access to Hanzhong was upgraded prominently, which made the park a garden of Xi'an and a resort for many citizens.
