METHODS: A retrospective study of outcome of LASIK (Allegretto excimer laser system and Moria C-B microkaretome) for predominant myopic astigmatism (group A, 28 eyes) and normal myopic astigmatism (group B, 30 eyes).

Paired Samples T test revealed that both the LT and VL decreased (P.01), the AD increased (P.01) after cycloplegia regardless of their refractive state. For hyperopic eyes, the major keratometer K1 increased (P.05) while for myopic eyes, the major keratometer K1(P.05) and minor keratometer K2 (P.01) decreased after cycloplegia. The mean corneal power of zones 5 mm (MD5) and 7 mm (MD7) decreased with myopic eyes decreased dramatically (P.01). The mean refractive power of the lower half vertical meridian is greater than that of upper half; and the mean refractive power of the lateral half of the horizontal is greater than that of the medial half.

我们把受测者分为三组：低度近视组，高度近视组和配戴治疗性隐形眼镜组，每组分别以受测者未戴隐形眼镜时的眼压做基准，而以其他三种情形的眼压分别与之比较，结果发现以Tono-Pen测量低度近视组和配戴治疗性隐形眼镜组的眼压值可信度较高，但是戴上隐形眼镜之后马上测量的眼压值较不准确，而高度近视组的测量值则出现变异的现象，可信度较低。
