Results:(1) The conchosporangia of brown yellow mutant was smaller and mature time was 15 days later than the parents. Thallus grew slowly in early stage, but average daily growth rate reached (7.50±1.18) cm after blade length was over 60 cm.(2)The emerald conchocelis were easy to mature and had special developmental mode that the spherulocytes can directly develop into sporangial branchlets and conchosporangia without thick conchocelis stage. Emerald blades were low in RPE with just (6.4710±0.0184) mg/g dry mass. The thallus grew quickly, average daily growth rate reached (11.95±2.33) cm after blade length was over 60 cm.(3) The conchocelis filaments of breen mutant were thin and short. Thallus grew slowly and had low contents of three phycobiliprotenin and chlorophyl.

In this thesis, we find that dlg is indispensible in the establishment of anterior-posterior and dorsal-ventral polarity of drosophila oocyte. Removal of Dlg function from the posterior follicle cells using the FLP/FRT system leads to disruption of oocyte skeleton reconstruction that is elicited by the failure of those posterior cells to differentiate normally in mid-oogenesis. We demonstrate that abnormity of Notch, JAK-STAT and EGFR signal pathway in dlg mutants contributes to this aberrant differentiation. dlg null mutant also blocks the normal differentiation of two groups of anterior follicle cell-stretched cell and centripetal cell, but not border cell, with a lower penetrance. However unlike the result in posterior follicle cells, Notch and JAK-STAT signaling are both undisrupted in all mutant anterior follicle cells, implying other fate determinants may be involved.

To get more information of the function of human Era on cell cycle, the complete control inducible mammalian expression system was used to express human Era mutant and analyzed cell cycle of uninduced (add 1% ethanol) and induced (10μM Pon A) cell lines by flowcytometer, the primary results demonstrated human Era mutant could inhibit apoptosis induced by ethanol, and Era S36N may stimulate the expression of Bcl-2 as detected by Western Blot.
