Motor unit firing rate is one of the important mechanisms to generate smooth muscle force output. This paper discusses the detection of firing rate from surface electromyographic signals, instead of the invasive needle EMG. The multichannel design is adopted to observe the spatial distribution of EMG firing pattern.

结果对30例战伤性骨缺损，采用吻合血管的骨移植，全部获得成功；对150例周围神经火器伤，采用神经束间缝合及束间移植术，其总优良率较传统方法为优；对500例周围血管火器伤，早期进行血管吻合和血管移植术，血管通畅率为91％；对120例四肢战伤性皮肤、肌肉等软组织缺损进行一次性修复，并同时解决肌肉的动力。
