In order to evaluate our improved over-fatigue model, we compare it with rhubarb laxation SAS model and over-swimming SAS model, and proved by Sijunzi decoction. Moreover, we elementarily studied the mechanism of the changes in digestion and absorption function by improve over-fatigue method.

In this model, SAS is caused possibly by largely released Gas, which results in increased contractile in small intestine, over-exudation of intestine and obstacle in absorption.
