A frame image of a video frequency sequence is read into a postpositional memory zone, and staring position and size information of a tracked object is obtained in the frame, then distribution statistical information of a target signature is extracted to build a gauss mixed model as an object template, a mean vector and a covariance matrix in gauss mixed distribution are used to describe the position and the size of the object, then the next frame image of the video frequency sequence is read into the postpositional memory zone. In a new frame video frequency image, a parameter estimation method is used to obtain object gauss mized model parameters in the current frame in iterative computation and find candidate template similar to the object template, and the final model parameters obtained in iteration are used to update the tracking window for realizing self-adaption of the tracked window.

将视频序列的一帧图像读入缓存区，获得该帧中被跟踪目标的初始位置和尺寸信息，然后提取目标特征的分布统计信息建立高斯混合模型作为目标模板，用高斯混合分布的均值向量和协方差矩阵描述目标的位置和尺寸，再将视频序列下一帧图像读入缓存区，在新一帧视频图像中利用参数估计方法迭代计算当前帧中目标高斯混合模型参数找到与目标模板最相似的候选模板，利用迭代得到的最终模型参数更新跟踪窗口实现跟踪窗宽的自适应。

A model describing the relationship between recovery stress and temperature is developed based on the modified Clausius-Clapeyron equation. A composite model based on the Tanaka model is used to calculate the thermal expansion strain of composite, and the relationship between the martensitic fraction and temperature. Results show that this relationship is nonlinear, affected by prestrain and the heating-cooling history.

方法］两月龄白毛黑眼兔36只，雌雄各半，随机分为6组：正常组、模型组、香砂6君丸组、丽珠肠乐组、乐胃饮低剂量组、乐胃饮高剂量组。除正常组外，其余whbe兔采用湿热环境应激联合番泻叶灌胃加饥饱失常复合方法致脾虚泄泻型ibs模型。从模型复制的中期开始各用药组预防给药，至造模结束。观察各组1般情况，测定血清no、nos、mda、sod含量及结肠黏膜组织中sp含量。

OBJECTIVE: To observe Bcl-2 and Bax expressions in hippocampus after ischemia on cerebral ischemic mouse model for the investigation of this animal model on proteinic molecular expression level, which would provide a laboratorial gist for future application of this animal model in cerebral ischemia researches.

Methods: Wistar rats were divided into normal group, model group, TCM group Ⅰ, TCM group Ⅱ and western medicine group. A set of quadruply coupled equations (fluid flow, convection-diffusion, energy conservation and mechanical equilibrium) with a number of cross-couplings and coupled constitutive relations is formulated to quantify the multi-physics of oil displacement by CO2 injection, implemented into and solved by using FEMLAB. FEMLAB is the first engineering tool that performs equation-based multi-physics modeling in an interactive environment. With FEMLAB, the coupled multi-physics model can be solved simultaneously. The applicability of this model has been demonstrated through an example of simulations for a two-dimensional reservoir of size 1000 m×1000 m with one injection and one production wells. Model results illustrate the significant importance of the cross-couplings between individual (thermal, hydrological, chemical and mechanical) physics.
