At the endpoint, the thymus, spleen and uterus were weighed separately; the femoral dry weight, bone-calcium, phosphor, magnesium and hydroxyproline contents of femoral were measured; the histomorphological features of bone were observed and the biochemical indexes in serum (Ca, P, ALP, TRAP, E2, BGP) were determined after the mice were given SAR at the dose of 10, 30, 90 mgkg^(-1) respectively, and were compared with the model group, the normal control and the positive control. RESULTS: The osteoporosis of high turnover type was formed with feeding retinoic acid to experimental mice. Compared with the model group, the lessening of femoral dry weight, the short femoral transverse diameter, the decrease of bone mineral and bone-hydroxyproline of SAR groups were improved.

Improving vertical resolution for density curves is by means of restructuring the response from large and small spacing sondes and borehole effect correction factor and coherence factor are used. Form the principle of GR logging, calculate volumes in investigating areas taken by borehole, formation, up and low shoulder beds, along with distance between center of gravity of the four unit bodies and detector. Based on the above, the weighting function of each unit body to GR signal contributions are established, thus realizing processing of GR logs with high resolution. The resistivity logging model uses "resolution matching" method to improve the resolution of the logs. After the process, PNN model is made to recognize the oil-gas-water bed. Compared with BPNN, the net work is featured swiftness, accuracy and ease of practical application.

The forming experiment on hemisphere testified that the transforming pattern of MBWK fabrics was similar to woven fabrics under the condition of ignored yarns slippages. In the forming experiment on rectangular box, the obvious yarns slippages were observed during the forming process, so the pin-jointed net model used by woven fabrics didn't adapt to MBWK fabrics. Based on this finding, a new mathematical model using a macroscopic approach was established for predicting the unfolding shape of flat MBWK fabrics after deformation. In addition, the effect of position of constraint yarns on forming results was analyzed.
