The mutagenicity of seed powder and seed oil of transgenic CryIA cotton to mammals and fish was evaluated in this study. The raw cotton seed powder or seed oil was mixed into mice and fish's diet. Cyclophosphamide and NaF were used as positive controls respectively. Regular cotton seed powder and seed oil were used as negative controls. The micronucleus frequency in mice bone marrow polychromatic erythrocytes and in eripheral erythrocytes of Zebrafish were assayed in this study. The sperm malformation rate in mice was also investigated.
摘 要:分别以环磷酰胺和氟化钠作为阳性诱变剂,以普通棉的棉籽粉及棉籽油作为对照物,同时设阴性对照组,以成年封闭群昆明种雄性小鼠和斑马鱼为实验材料,将棉籽粉或棉籽油掺入饲料中饲喂小鼠或斑马鱼,检测小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞(Polychromatic erythrocytes, PCE)微核率(Micronucleus frequency, MN‰)和精子畸变率,以及斑马鱼外周血红细胞微核率。

Histamine deficiency markedly potentiated the acquisition of learning in cued and contextual fear conditioning in the HDCKO mice,but had no effect on cued and contextual fear extinction.However,histamine deficiency potentiated the inhibitory role of morphine withdrawal in cued fear extinction.Consistent with the behavioral results,morphine withdrawal decreased ERK phosphorylation in the amygdala and mPFC but not in the hippocampus of WT and HDCKO mice,and ERK might not be phosphorylad in the amygdale and mPFC of HDCKO mice after the 4th training of cued fear extinction.

In this work, it was found that MT at the concentrations of 〓 and 〓 mol·〓 could enhance the proliferation in rats and mice thymic lympho- cytes and human PBL as well as enhancing the proliferation in AA rats, 11 months mice and Mor-dependent mice thymic lym- phocytes, and RA patients PBL, and what was more that MT at a lower concontrations had a marked up-regulation on the above decreased lymphocytes proliferation.

In the first experiment, C57BL/6J mice (6weeks, females) was pre-immunized with the normal rabbit IgG in rear footpads. Five days later, mice were received intravenously injection with 100, 150 and 200ml of NTS, respectively. Control mice were treated for normal rabbit serum.

Methods Mice were treated with three different doses of extract of ginger:high dose (9.3 mL·kg-1), middle dose (4.7 mL·kg-1),and low dose (2.3 mL·kg-1). All mice were irradiated once with 2.0 Gy X-ray.
