The author discussed the effect of opacity on stellar evolution and concentrated on the mechanism of triggering blue loop by using Padova stellar model. It shows that extended mixing at the bottom of the convective envelope changed the interior hydrogen profile, which triggers or suppresses blue loop. Laboratory astrophysics, which is a cross subject of astrophysics and plasma physics, combines the demand of accurate data of radiative opacity with the latest advances in high intense lasers to devise the third independent method to study the radiative opacity. On the basis of the comparison between stellar material and laser-produced plasma in terrestrial laboratory, the desirable way to study opacity in laboratory and the brief introduction to the experiments relative to opacity are given.

Firstly, electrization knowledge related to the research is introduced. After a deep study on various contact loss detection techniques, especially on the electric arcs detection techniques, we draw the conclusion that the untouched detection technique based on phototube sensor can acquire exact contact loss information, and will to be the leading technique for contact loss measurement in future. Secondly, combining with the special railways system in our country, we analyze the cause of the arcs, and the influence on the power supply system and the on board traction drive due to the arcs in detail, and study the arcs' spectrum characteristic. We also analyze detecting principles and put forward with a method - using phototube sensor to detect the contact loss arcs, conceive the configurations and detection flows of the measurement.

In order to investigate the effect of IFN-γon the expression of TNF-αin the hypothala- mus-pituitary-ovary axisof RU486-induced aborted SD rats, RU486 was used to establish the abortion model, then the aborted rats were administrated with different doses of IFN-γintraperitoneal injection, the method of immunohistochemical ultrasensitive SP was us- ed to study the variation of positive TNF-αcells in hypothalamus, pituitary, ovary and uterus in normal pregnant group A, aborted model group B and three different doses of IFN-γgroup C,D,E. The main goal of this research was to study whether the low dose of IFN-γcould have a protective function to pregnancy and the mechanism of its function so as to provide morph- ologic basis for the scientific using of IFN-γin the process of animal abortion control.

Since the number of trips is a non-negative integer, truncated, and of endogenous stratification, this study empirically analyzes its recreational benefits by the On-site Poisson and truncated negative binomial with endogenous stratification of the Travel Cost Method. Besides, this study adopts TNBES to see how the number of trips disperse and takes the consumer surplus to assess benefits. As to visitors' valuation, this research uses the ordered probit to do empirical analysis and then divides all satisfaction factors by the factor analysis and cluster analysis into four factors and two clusters, which then are taken as explanatory variables.
