Objective］ The study aimed to screen the fungicides that had evident antibacterial effect against Ustilaginoidea virens and their best mixed ratio.［Method］ The U. virens strains were separated from rice panicle that had severe disease in rice field of Yaan, 6 fungicides and validamycin and diniconazole mixed with different ratio were selected to carry out the indoor toxicity test on mycelia growth of U. virens with mycelium dry weight method, and the interaction of mixed fungicides was evaluated according to the method of Wadley.

［目的］筛选出对稻曲病菌抑菌效果显著的杀菌剂及其最佳混配比例，［方法］从雅安稻田发病严重的稻穗上分离出稻曲病菌株，选择6种杀菌剂以及井冈霉素和烯唑醇不同混配比例，用菌丝干重法对稻曲病菌菌丝的生长进行室内毒力测定，并根据Wadley方法评价混剂的相互作用。

We observed the changes of the proprioceptors in the partly injuried ACL and the xenogeneic graft/artificial graft being used to reconstructing the injuried ACL with gold chlorid staining method and laser copolymerization electron micrography method to observe the morphological changes of the neuromechanism in the ligament tissue,with RT-PCR method to evaluate the proportion and the regeneration of the nerve component and with HRP retrograde tracking technology and electrophysiologic study to judge the functional changes of the neuromechanism in the ligament tissue,respectively.

本研究分别制作兔ACL部分损伤动物模型、异种肌腱移植物重建损伤ACL动物模型和LARS人工韧带重建损伤ACL动物模型，分别于术后不同时间点对损伤ACL/移植物进行氯化金染色光学显微镜检查和PGP9.5免疫荧光染色后激光共聚焦电子显微镜检查观察韧带内神经结构形态学变化，用RT-PCR法检测韧带中GAP-43和PGP 9.5的mRNA表达情况以评价损伤ACL/移植物内神经成分比例及神经再生情况，通过HRP逆行追踪技术和电生理检查(包括体感诱发电位和腘绳肌肌电图)评价损伤ACL/移植物内神经结构的功能情况。

Based on the study on the traveling salesman problem, in this dissertation, some results on the solving of production scheduling problem using the neural networks are described, which includes the following main parts: l The method which was put forward by Hopfield－Tank of solving the traveling salesman problem is analyzed, and the drawbacks of the method are pointed out. The interlinks between optimal tours and city distribution in the clustering and divide and conquer method are analyzed. A parallel network algorithm on the problem of the traveling salesman problem is presented.

摘要］ 目的探讨分析慢性硬膜下血肿的病理特点、治疗方法和失败因素。方法对217例患者进行临床研究，全组均行头颅ct扫描。首次手术方式均为钻孔引流术。结果恢复良好者193例（88.94%），血肿残留9例(4.15%)，血肿复发15例(6.91%)。结论对慢性硬膜下血肿的治疗应根据病情选择手术方式，术中血肿冲洗要彻底及术中术后要预防气颅的发生，可降低术后血肿复发率。

The main contents are as follows:The dissertation advances stability analysis method of arch dams based on arch-cantilever method, that is, the stability of arch ring and cantilever are analyzed respectively based on arch-cantilever method and corresponding formula of stability calculation is established. So the calculation methods of dam stress and stability are unified.

围绕目前高拱坝建设中的热点和重点问题，结合973计划课题：多因素相互作用下地质工程系统的整体稳定性研究(编号 2002CB412707)，重点研究高拱坝的稳定转异以及体形优化，现将主要内容归纳如下：本文提出基于拱梁分载法的拱坝稳定分析方法，即在拱梁分载法的基础上，分别分析拱圈和悬臂梁的稳定，建立相应的稳定计算公式，统一坝体结构稳定和应力计算方法。

By using the direct distillation principle, an improved and quick method which can determine the protein content in maize, soybean meal, rapeseed meal, fish meal, wheat bran, formula feed for swine and formula feed for chicken was established.
