Objective To conduct Pharmacodynamics research of Qianliean pellet and provide the basis for the clinical medication. Methods (1) The influence on the rats with non-bacterial prostatitis of 1.5% carrageenin. Rats were divided randomly into the normal control group, the model control group, the Qianliean low-dose group (1.5 g/kg), mid-dose group (3.0 g/kg), high-dose group (6.0 g/kg), with 10 rats in each group. All groups were treated continuously for 7 days, once a day. The model control group was given distilled water, 30mins after the last medication, injects 1.5% carrageenin 0.05ml in each rat's prostate, after 24hs, behead execute the rats and record the white blood cell number and Lecithin density.

Prepare 131I-labbelled anti-CD20 monoclonal antibody using lodogen iodine labelling;(2)Measure the immunity activation of labbelled antibody by means of both cell combine analysis and LDH cytotoxicity detection kit;(3)Evaluate the injury rate of tumor exposed to 131I-chimeric anti-CD20 monoclonal antibody in vitro. The distribution of radioactive medication, I31l-labeled antibodies, in the marrow tissue indicates the inhibition effect. Here a B cell non-hodgkin lymphoma model in nude mice is established by us;(6)28-day observation are done in 3 groups of nude mice model.

The results showed that:(1) compared with never smokers, former smokers used more medical services of all types with the except of herb doctor care. but only differences in number of emergency visits (by 4.5%), rate of and number of days of self-medication with western drugs (by 1.39 times and 18.7%, respectively) were statistically significant after adjusting for other sociodemographic variables; and (2) compared with never smokers, current smokers used more hospital care, emergency care and self-medication with western drugs, but only differences in rate of and number of days of self-medication with western drugs (by 0.63 times and 6.6%, respectively) were statistically significant after adjusting for other socio-demographic variables.
