Based on the theories of rheology, Non-Newtonian Fluid Mechanics, petroleum chemistry, crystallography and pipeline technology etc. and sampling Huabei crudes, experimental indexes and programmes are drew out, integrating the oil properties and parameter analysis; in terms of the macro analysis of continuum mechanics, substantial experiments are conducted with HAAKE RS600 rotational rheometer and the rheological equation as well as the viscosity-temperature equation are further developed with tested rhrogramme and viscosity-temperature curve, respectively. Beased on the researches on thixotropic mechanism and thixotropy fluid property, hysteresis loop curve, structure failure and viscosity build-up curve as well as shear stress decrement curve for one type oil are first present in this paper. According to the theoretical researches and testing results, a novel thixotropy equationwith τ=τ_∞e~ pattern, which is of hi-accuracy, few parameter and simplicity, is developed.Considering the influence of various parameters on rheological behaviour, depressant adding condition is optimized and experimental evaluation on BEM-5P is conducted, which further unrip its mechanism on the Huabei crude. A corresponding viable pipe transportion programmel is also recommended.
本文基于原油流变学、非牛顿流体力学、石油化学、结晶学、原油管输工艺学等理论,以华北原油为研究对象,结合原油物性及实验影响因素分析,制定出实验研究的评价指标及实验方案;从连续介质力学宏观分析的角度,利用HAAKE RS600高端旋转流变仪开展了大量的室内实验,并运用微观研究方法,测定了油样的流变曲线和粘温曲线,建立了流变方程和粘温方程;通过对触变性机理和触变性流体特征的研究,首次对华北原油测定出滞回环曲线、结构破坏与恢复粘时曲线、剪切应力裂降过程曲线,并在理论研究和实验结果的基础之上,建立了能定量描述含蜡原油剪切应力裂降过程的新型三参数触变模式τ=τ_∞e~b/(t+c,该模型具有精度高、参数少、实验简便且适用性强的特点;通过对含蜡原油流变性的影响因素理论研究,开展了加剂条件优选及BEM-5P降凝剂室内评价实验,进一步揭示了降凝剂对华北原油作用机理,在此基础之上,提出了华北原油管输的可行性方案。

The generating reason,response characteristic and distributing rule of remaining oil was deeply studied aiming at water-flooded continental reservoir with characteristic of intense heterogeneity,high water-cut,low recovery efficiency,complex distributing rule of mobile remaining oil,intergrowth of major and untabulated formation . At the same time,a systemic method of evaluation and predicating remaining oil and pressure was put forward basing on the theory of development geology,seepage flow mechanics,fluid mechanics which resolved the hard technologic problem of predicting remaining oil and pressure.
本文针对陆相注水开发油藏具有非均质性强、含水率高、原油采收率低、可采剩余油分布复杂、主力产层和表外产层同时存在等特点,深入研究了剩余油的形成机理、响应特征和分布规律,应用开发地质学、渗流力学、流体力学和地质统计学理论,将静态地质数据和动态开发数据相结合,综合现有的与剩余油及压力分布有关的所有资料,提出了一套系统的评价和预测剩余油及压力的方法,较好地解决了目前剩余油与压力评价和预测中的技术难题。

In general, the major results are:(1) Established the geometrical model for the enwinding of the wire rope in the roller, such as the inclination of the wire rope and the climbing equation of roller in the commutation process;(2) Established the tensile force kinetic model for the enwinding wire rope used the Lagrange kinetic equation and the continual kinetic theory in the start up and retard moment. Solved the equations by the method of modal analysis and separation of variables(3) Based on the analysis on the enwinding mechanism of the wire rope, we did the research on the mechanics behavior of the wire ropes enwinding process.(4) According to the research above, we made the computer program to solve the mechanics models. And after parametric analysis, we made the suggestion for the improving of the current wire rope enwinding system.
主要研究工作有:(1)建立了钢丝绳在滚筒缠绕几何模型,研究了钢丝绳缠绕过程极限偏角及换向过程在滚筒爬坡机理及几何模型;(2)依据LAGRANGE系统广义动力学方程、连续体动力学理论分别建立起升系统启动及制动过程钢丝绳缠绕快绳拉力的动力学模型,并分别采用模态分析法及分离变量法求解;(3)结合对钢丝绳在钻机滚筒缠绕机理分析的基础上,研究了钢丝绳在滚筒缠绕过程力学行为;(4)编制计算机仿真程序对上述模型进行求解,在参数分析的基础上提出对目前钢丝绳缠绕系统结构改进建议。
