In the biochemical analysis aspect, it is first time to use the simple fluorescence spectrophotometer to determine the protein in human serum by red alizarin as the probe of the RLS. The experiment shows that the system HSA-red alizarin has the maximum intensity of the RLS in Britton-Robison buffer of pH4.10 at maximum wavelength of about 360nm. The method has better linear range within 0.040-10.0ug/mL, determination limit is 0.040ug/mL. Moreover, We have selected three other dyes of chromotrope 2R, acid chrome dark blue and pyrocatechin violet as the probes of the RLS in determining protein in human serum and achieving satisfactory results.

In this dissertation, as for some problems in flood forecast andreservoir regulation, the research had been done based on the special research topic dynamiccontrol on limit water level in flood season using theories of fuzzy optimizing theory,maximum entropy theory, entropy-weighted multi-objective decision making method, geneticalgorithm etc. And the research focused on evaporation calculation, fuzzy description ofcatchraent impoundage, fuzzy similarity calibration method, nolinear watershed concentrationmodel and error distribution maximum entropy model and risk computation of dynamiccontrol reservoir water level in flood season when the flood forecast and precipitation forecastare taken into consideration.

Through massive elastic calculations and elasto-plastic analysis, under the preconditions of satisfying the code's requirements for axial compression ratio, limit value of lateral displacement and load-bearing capacity of normal section,oblique section and beam-column joint, under circumstances of different intensity of earthquake, structure dead weight, sort of site and column grid bay dimension, the variation regularity of maximum suitable height of structure, and thus sum up the maximum suitable height of structure for code for the purpose of macro-control while deciding the design scheme;3.
