By the modem time series analysis method, based on the ARMA innovation model, under the linear minimum variance optimal information fusion criterion, three distributed fusion steady-state optimal Kalman filters, predictors and smoothers weighted by matrices, scalars, and diagonal matrices are presented for multisensor systems with correlated input and observation noises, and with correlated observation noises. The Lyapunov equations and formulas of computing local filtering, predicting and smoothing error variances and covariances are given, which are applied to compute optimal weights. The corresponding three distributed fusion Wiener state estimators are also presented.

Method］ 5 matrices: M1(50% peat + 50% perlite),M2(40% peat + 60% perlite),M3(50% peat + 50% chestnut soil),M4(40% peat + 60% chestnut soil) and M5(100% peat) used for Euonymus fortunei cutting in container were tested and the effect of the different matrices on the rate of callus induction and root growth,the length and number of root,and the growth amount of Euonymus fortunei was investigated.［Results］ The results showed that the best effect on Euonymus fortunei cutting was from the M1,in which,the rate of root growth,callus induction,the length of root and the number of new branch were 87%,88%,68.0 mm and 4.6 branches,respectively.

First, based on the relations of stress and strain between the whole medium and its macroscopically isotropic constituents, an explicit relation between elastic matrices of the whole medium and its constituents was derived. Combining the explicit relation of elastic matrices with the strain's relation, two coefficient tensors were defined and analyzed to get a general relation between the hulk and shear modulus of the whole medium under the assumption that all the field variables are in a unified coordinate system. Secondly, combining these relations with the classical Hashin-Shtrikman elastic modulus bounds, four new expressions of elastic medium of the whole medium were obtained and compared with the original hounds. Last, these formulae were applied in the computation of effective elastic moduli of clean sandstone saturated with pore water.
