Adsorption and removal tests of SO2 in simulated industrial flue gas were done with polyacrylonitrile activated carbon fiber in the fluidized state. Some influencing factors such as the flux and temperature of flue gas, mass concentration of SO2 and volume fraction of vapor in flue gas, recycle ratio of ACF, and mass flux of new ACF on the desulfuration efficiency of PAN-ACF were investigated.
