Objective:We observed 3~5 years follow uip results of the patients with mucoceles of sphenoid frontal and ethmoid sinuses on the marsupialization using nasal endoscope.

目的：应用鼻内窥镜对蝶、额、筛窦粘液囊肿的病人施行袋状化手术，分别随访3～5 年，观察治疗结果。

Methods: 11 cases of large jaw cystic lesions were treated with marsupialization and suction drainage. Clinical symptoms and radiographical findings were evaluated before operation and at 3-month, 6-month after suction drainage.

选择门诊就诊的11例颌骨囊肿患者，采用开窗负压吸引术对其进行治疗，观察术后3、6个月颌骨囊肿的变化情况，对仍存留的囊肿行二期囊肿刮治术结果：术后3个月，其中5例囊肿消失，6例缩小3/4以上。
