本文以娃哈哈公司在重庆碳酸饮料业务为对象,针对重庆销售公司营销工作中实际情况,综合运用波特五种力量模型、SWOT分析方法以及营销组合等相关营销及战略理论,通过对公司内外部环境分析,识别出公司面临的机会与威胁以及相对于竞争对手的优势、劣势,提出了公司的市场营销战略,最后制定出详尽的营销组合策略以及相应的保障措施。
