The result showed that correlation coefficients of disease indexes between downy mildew and powdery mildew were 0.619 8 and 0.677 2 at the seedling and mature stages respectively, which were extremely significant. The correlation coefficients of downy mildew and powdery mildew for BC1P1 and F2 individuals from the cross between K8 and K18 were 0.492 5 and 0.493 3, and they were 0.497 6 and 0.286 8 for the cross of K10 with K18, respectively. These four coefficients were all extremely significant too. By AFLP analysis, E25M63-103 marker was linked to some susceptible quantitative gene controlling both downy mildew and powdery mildew. The finding proved further some resistant gene of downy and powdery mildews linked to each other from molecular level.
结果表明:在苗期和成株期,29份黄瓜材料的霜霉病和白粉病病情指数之间的相关系数分别为0.619 8和0.677 2,均呈极显著正相关;K8×K18组合的BC1P1和F2群体的霜霉病和白粉病病情指数之间的相关系数分别为0.492 5和0.493 3,K10×K18组合分别为0.497 6和0.286 8,均达到极显著正相关水平;采用AFLP分析,发现E25M63-103标记与控制黄瓜霜霉病和白粉病的某个数量感病基因紧密连锁,进一步从分子水平验证了黄瓜霜霉病和白粉病某个杭性相关基因是紧密连锁的。

Our work reported here are aiming at improving nitrogen and water use efficiency in wheat/maize, faba bean/maize, pea/maize and soybean/maize intercropping through field experiment.The main results obtained were as the following:(1) Land equivalent ratio was greater than 1.0 for faba bean (Viciafaba L.)/maize (Zea mays L.) intercropping regardless of nitrogen fertilizer application or not. Based on grain yields production, LER of pea (Pisum sativum L.)/maize intercropping was over 1.0 in spite of nitrogen fertilizer application, while LER was higher than 1.0 only when nitrogen fertilizer was applied based on biomass production. However, LER in soybean (Glycine max L.)/maize intercropping was smaller than 1.0 both nitrogen applicationa and no nitrogen application. In wheat Triticum aestivum L.

目的 探讨玉米紫色植株色素抗脂质过氧化的作用。方法体外实验测定玉米紫色植株花色苷色素在fe2+引发的卵磷脂脂质体体系中抗氧化活性。体内实验,取50只小鼠随机分成5组,分别给予溶媒和不同剂量的色素,然后采用溴代苯致实验性肝损伤,测定肝匀浆的丙二醛含量。结果在由fe2+引发的卵磷脂脂质体体系中玉米紫色植株色素对脂质过氧化有明显的抑制作用,抑制率随样品的浓度增高而增大,并且明显优于抗坏血酸。在溴代苯致小鼠实验性肝损伤模型实验中,中、高剂量组的丙二醛含量均低于损伤模型组。低剂量组和损伤模型组比较丙二醛含量差异无统计学意义。
