The non-halogen flame retardant PP was prepared by using magnesium hydroxide sulfate hydrate whisker and organophilic montmorillonite as flame retardants. The effects of the contents of MOS and OMMT on the mechanical properties and flame retardancy of the PP were studied. The composites were characterized by means of TGA and CONE.
