Retrospective study on 29 cases with thoracic diseases. Among them ,lung cancer 16 cases ,esophagus carcinoma 9 cases,intra-segmental segregation 1 case,azygos venous malformation 1 case,chronic bronchitis 1 case,acute trauma hematom in right lung 1 case.

分析 2 9例胸部疾病的间断闭气磁共振气管、支气管单层扫描检查患者，其中支气管肺癌 1 6例，食管癌 9例，肺内型肺段隔离症 1例，奇静脉畸形 1例，慢性支气管炎 1例，肺内急性外伤血肿 1例。

Results: we estalished ideal copd models in stort time. there existed the expression of nos in both the normal lung tissue and the lung tissue of copd,mainly orienrared in the cytoplasm of cell.the immunohistochemical result indicated that inos increased significantly ,in comparison with the control group, in bronchiolar mycoderma epithelial and enos remakably decreased in pulmonary blood vessel.

结果：联合应用烟熏和ppe在较短的时间内建立了较理想的copd模型；一氧化氮合酶在正常肺组织与copd的肺组织均有表达，主要定位在细胞浆内；免疫组化结果表明模型组inos在支气管黏膜上皮呈强阳性表达，肺血管enos表达明显减弱，与健康对照组比较有显著性（p.01）。

Objective: To investigate the activity of coagulation and fibrinolysis systems in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid in lung fibrosis in rats, and to study their role in diagnosis of lung fibrosis.

目的：测定肺纤维化大鼠支气管肺泡灌洗液中凝血及纤溶指标的水平，探讨其在诊断肺纤维化中的作用。

Results: BIO-1211 aerosol at 1, 3 and 10 mg/ml significantly inhibited the changes in lung resistance and lung dynamic compliance after antigen challenge in the sensitized rats in a dose-dependent manner, BIO-1211 at 25, 50, 100 and 200μg/ml inhibited the fibronectin-induced neutrophil adhesion by 23.5%, 24.6%, 61.4% and 58.1%, respectively, and serum-induced adhesion by 29.9%, 35.9%, 35.3% and 15.4%, respectively. Inhalation of 10mg/ml BIO-1211 did not show any protection against histamine and actetylcholin-induced bronchoconstriction.

结果：给大鼠气雾吸入BIO-1211 (1、3、10mg/ml)呈剂量依赖抑制致敏大鼠抗原攻击引起RL的升高和Cdyn降低；BIO-1211(25、50、100、200μg/ml)明显抑制纤维黏连蛋白和血清诱导的中性粒细胞黏附反应，其抑制率分别为23.5%、24.6%、61.4%、58.1%和29.9%、35.9%、35.3%、15.4%；但BIO-1211 (10 mg/ml)给豚鼠气雾吸入不能抑制乙酰胆碱和组胺诱导的药物性哮喘。

Conclusion］ Bronchoplasty and pulmonary artery reconstruction extended the surgical indications for lung cancer, which reveal farthest excision of pulmonary tumor and farthest preservation of normal lung tissues.

结论］ 支气管肺动脉成形术使肺癌手术适应证扩大，较好地体现了既最大限度地切除肿瘤，又最大限度地保留正常肺组织的基本原则。

Conclusion］ Bronchoplasty and pulmonary artery reconstruction extended the surgical indications for lung cancer, reveal farthest excision of pulmonary tumor and farthest preservation of normal lung tissues.
