To evaluate bone mineral density of normal humans in Henan of China,BMD of whole body,lumbar vertebrae,upper and lower limbs and pelvis of 417 healthy subjects was measured by Hologic 4500W dual energy X-ray absorptiometer made in USA.Only BMD of limbs and pelvis was analyzed.

为了解我国河南地区正常人骨密度的数据，作者应用美国Hologic生产的双能X线4500W型骨密度仪，对417例正常人进行了全身和腰椎正、侧位检测，现就四肢和骨盆骨密度的测试结果加以分析。

Methods: 30 limbs in 26 patients according to the lower limbs phlebography, we choose two modes:① simple microwave treatment;② Microwave treatment + ligations of perforators; all patients were underwent the upper ligation of great saphenous vein.

对26例（30条肢体）静脉曲张患者结合下肢静脉造影结果，分别采用：①单纯微波治疗；②微波治疗联合交通支静脉结扎术；所有患者均行大隐静脉高位结扎。

In the last part, we adopt the uniform questionnaire to analyse the incidence, itiology and symptoms of the DVI.The 225 related cases of DVI were studied. We carried on the statistic methods and got the conclusion:(1)Obviously the incidence on the left lower limbs is more serious than that on the right lower limbs of DVI, because of the special feature in anatomy.(2)The varicose veins is not an absolutely necessary symbol of DVI,but only a common symbol.(3)The hard physical labour, standing for a long time or sedentariness everyday for many years, DVT and coldness,wounded or operated, family history are all closely related to DVI.

第三部分通过对225例临床病例的总结，对下肢深静脉瓣膜功能不全的发病情况、病因、症状表现进行了分析，经统计学处理，结论如下：左下肢深静脉的返流程度明显重于右下肢；下肢浅静脉曲张是下肢深静脉瓣膜功能不全的常见症状，而非必有症状；重体力劳动、久坐、久站、DVT、受凉、外伤或手术、家族史与下肢深静脉瓣膜功能不全的发生及程度轻重有密切关系；特别是久坐，其对下肢深静脉瓣膜的损伤不亚于久站和重体力劳动。

The evaluating items included:(1) Balancing apparatus test index such as the total stability index, anterior-posterior direction stability index, left and right direction stability index;(2)Berg measurement for the motor function of lower limbs and PASS measurement for the equilibrium function;(3)Fugl-Meyer measurement for the motor function of lower limbs;(4) Barthel index scales for ability of daily life.

评定内容：（1）平衡仪测试指标包括总体稳定指数、前后方向稳定指数、左右方向稳定指数；（2）用Berg平衡量表和PASS姿势评定量表评估平衡功能；（3）用Fugl-Meyer下肢运动评分量表评估下肢运动功能；（4）用改良Barthel指数评分量表评估日常生活活动能力。
