An optimization method is proposed to solve steady-state optimization problems by linear approximation of the object function and the Linear Matrix Inequalities Problem and Eigenvalue Problem of Linear Matrix Inequalities theory.

And then, we introduce some basic theory about matrix and some conclusion about the admissibility of estimator in Gauss-Markov model. In the third chapter, we discussion several equivalent characterization of the best linear unbiased estimation, we proved that admissible characterization of admissible of linear estimation is as conditional general ridge-type estimation in general linear model. A necessary and sufficient condition that homogeneous linear estimator is admissible estimator is obtained.

Based on the analysis of interactions between different systems in the network, it is proved that, for a class of complicated linear switched system network, an equivalent model of ordinary linear switched system exists and the corresponding model is given.(4) Block simulation model of linear switched system is established in Matlab/Simulink environment and, moreover, a linear switched system simulation tool with the function of model automatic generation is developed. With the aid of this simulation tool, influence caused by switching sets on stability characteristic of linear switched system is investigated.

In the algorithm, the conditional linear state equation is first inserted into the measurement equation, which fuses the linear state process noise and the original measurement noise, whereafter the GHF is used to estimate the nonlinear states.
