The thesis analyses and studies how to ensure water supply quality of Jiangsu SNWDP from three levels, including doing watershed protection, intensifying intermediate process, and establishing a long-term mechanism. It makes brief design for dispatching management applied system, studies emphases parts which may affect operation of the pattern in practice, also analyses dispatching optimization of Provincial boundary project management, pumping station management, and different water resources. Finally, the thesis studies relevant basal supports and development stratagems for the management of Jiangsu SNWDP.
