Results Analysis of the expression of proteins of JAK2 in leukemic blasts, there was no detectable constitutive expression of phosphorylated JAK2 in all the AML samples analyzed; Furthermore, we could detect a constitutive activation of STAT 3 by immunoprecipitation of the targeted protein in primary leukemic blasts from 3 of 11 AML patients without any cytokine treatment; Pretreatment clinical characteristics, and treatment regimens did not differ significantly between patients with and without constitutive STAT3 activity, there was not significant relation between the constitutive activation of STAT3 and the FAB subvariety and chromosome karyotype; However, the 3 patients with constitutive STAT3 activity seemed to have adverse treatment outcome, one did not show remission, the other two patients relapsed shortly after remission; Consistent with the above-mentioned result, leukemic blasts from the 3 samples with constitutive expression of STAT3 showed higher percentage of spontaneous apoptosis and S-phase cells.

Methods: Eleven B-CLL patients were studied. Leukemic lymphocytes with (n=8) or without (n=3) P2z receptors were exposed in vitro to ATP, benzoylbenzoic-ATP, 2-methylthio-ATP(2MeSATP), adenosine-5′-［γ-thio］ triphosphate, and other nucleosides for 8h. Apoptosis was detected by electron microscopy, agarose gel electrophoresis, and quantitative TdT assay. Results:Apoptosis was detected only in leukemic lymphocytes with P2z receptors. By using the quantitative assay, ATP-inducing DNA strand breaks were found to occur specifically for BzATP, ATP and 2MeSATP, but not for ATP-γS and other nucleosides.

Aiming at the currently shortage of XML streams quality detecting, this paper proposes a new forecasting method of XML streams quality by least squares support vector machines, which is used the method of XML keys' vector matrix as windows, and vector product wavelet transform to multilevel decompose and refactor the XML streams series, that can fulfill real-time checking demand of XML quality, and ensure constraint, consist- ency and integrality. For even more adapting net load, it proposes a control strategy by weight and adaptive adjustment to ensure XML streams quality.
