结果表明：考察的12个主要性状中，除主序角果数不育胞质杂种F1和可育胞质杂种F1检验差异达5%显著水平外，其余11个性状2种胞质杂种F1上标 t检验差异不显著；主序有效长、第一次分枝数、硫苷等3个性状的可育胞质与不育胞质间线性相关关系显著，其余9个性状的线性相关关系不显著；NEA不育胞质对多数组合的硫苷和千粒重有优良相对效应，对其余性状的相对效应则组合不同正负效应不同。

The results show that (1) the flow volume angle A50 is a reliable parameter for the diagnosis of MEFVC;(2) the flow volume angle A75 has the best sensitivity for early detection of small airway dysfunction;(3) we also establish the normal predicted equations of pulmonary function testing for the adult Chinese in Taiwan area.(4) length of arm span and sitting height are reliable indices to predict body height for the calculation of normal pulmonary function data.

结 果显示：流量容积角A50 可当作用力呼气流量容积图形之总体肺通气功能检查的诊断指标；流量容积角A75 对早期小呼吸道之功能不彰具有侦测的功能；本研究亦建立了在台湾地区之成年中国人的正常肺功能预测值公式，以供参考用；量取手臂侵与生高之值确可用来推测身高值。

Results:(1) Progesterone-treated models showed intact nasal mucosa, regular ciliary lining and inactive glands;(2) Untreated or normal saline treated models showed disrupted mucosa, inverted cilia and massive mucosal infiltration of neutrophils;(3) Smearing of nasal discharge revealed limited vs abundant number of neutrophils in SD models treated with progesterone vs untreated or treated with normal saline.(4) Hoechst stain: significantly fewer apoptotic cells per field were found in progesterone-treated models (1.583 ± 0.28) compared with untreated or normal saline treated models (2.85 ± 0.285 and 4.8 ± 0.715, respectively).

The adjoint operator method and the theory of normal form are used to investigated the normal forms in the four dimensional nonlinear systems with cubic nonlinearities. In all 15 samples of 11 patients, 2 patients'EWS/FLI1 expressions were negative, no evidence of metastases was found followed up by 8 months and 30 months respectively. Semi-quantitative study was used to detect the expression level of EWS/FLI1 mRNA in the other 9 positive patients, and metastases occurred in 6 high-level expression patients in 2-24 months after the operation, no evidence of metastases in the other 3 low-level expression patients up to now.
