本文利用反相高效液相色谱法检测了23种国内外长春花主栽品种的文多灵含量，对文多灵含量与品种的12个主要农艺性状(包括株高、节间距、茎直径、一级侧枝数、叶片长、叶片宽、叶片长宽比、百片叶重、全株叶片重、花瓣直径、种荚长度和种子数/荚)的相关性和通径进行了分析。

Thirty lavender varieties in five sections were investigated in leaf characters and fragrance. Sections Lavandula and Pterostoechas possessed the highest (7.23) and the lowest (2.01) value of the length/width, respectively. Because sections Lavandula (3.59cm) and Stoechas (3.00cm) possessed the approximate value of the leaf length and leaf width, lavender varieties couldn't be identified only by the leaf character.

During the early growth stage of seedlings, basal stem diameter and paripinnate number were decreased with the increasing of shade, taproot length, root : shoot ratio, total dry weight and leaf area per seedling were maximal under 37.3% NS, specific leaf area was increased with the increasing of shade, but the relative growth rate was declined. Seedlings grew fastest under 0.6% NS, suggesting that nutrients stored in seeds played an important role at the early growth stage. The treatment of 37.3% NS was best for established seedlings in seedling height, basal stem diameter, paripinnate number, rachis length, the maximum sub-leaflet number of individual paripinnate, leaf area per seedling, relative growth rate and net assimilation rate. Light intensity was positively correlated to total dry weight, and negatively to specific leaf area. The maximum of SLA was observed under 15.5% NS.

Changes of leaf pigment content,soluble sugar content,enzyme activity and photosynthesis characters in leaf of Photinia×frasery"Red Robin"were searched of five different shading treatments(100%,80%,50%,25%,10%transmission rate).The seasonal variation of leaf color and stability of anthocyanin were studied in this paper.Purpose of the research is to master the Physiological characters during leaf color transformation of Photinia×frasery"Red Robin",and provide evidences to promote introduction cultivation and the application under different garden environment of them.

本文以2年生红叶石楠(Photinia×frasery'RedRobin)扦插苗为试材，探讨了不同遮光处理透光率分别为100%(全光照、80%、50%、25%、10%条件下叶片色素含量、可溶性糖含量、苯丙氨酸解氨酶活性、抗氧化酶活性变化及光合作用日变化，同时对其叶色的季节变化及花色素苷的稳定性进行了初步探讨，以掌握红叶石楠叶色变化的生理特征，为红叶石楠的广泛引种栽培及在不同园林环境中的应用提供科学依据。

The leaf area, single leaf fresh weight, flavone content and lactone content in good variety were 2.04, 2.71, 2.05 and 2.17 times of those in common variety respectively. The results showed that:(1) low N stress significantly decreased the leaf SPAD value, leaf nitrogen content, nitrate reductase activity and reduced distance between leaf-umbrella, leaf area. And these impact aggrandized as the stress intensity increased.(2) Responses to low-N stress were in different degrees between different varieties of rubber tree seedlings. On the whole, GT1 was most sensitive to stress, PR107 next, and RRIM600 was the least sensitive.(3) The SPAD value, DBL, LA were significantly positive correlated with LNC, NRA in the seedling leaves.

结果表明：（1）缺N胁迫明显降低了叶片SPAD值、叶片N含量和硝酸还原酶活性，缩小了叶蓬距、叶面积，且影响幅度随胁迫强度的加大而增大；（2）不同品种橡胶树实生苗对缺N胁迫的响应程度不同，总体上GT1较为敏感，PR107次之，RRIM600较不敏感；（3）橡胶树实生苗叶片SPAD值、叶蓬距、叶面积与叶片N含量、硝酸还原酶活性之间均呈显著或极显著正相关。
