Gender analysis on law refers to the analytic criticizing on the law constructed by the androcentric tradition from the perspective of gender,finding and pointing out the shaping and constructing of gender dis.crimination and obedient status of women by law,then recreating the rules of law reflecting gender equality,especially the reasonable requirements of women,building the legal system with gender justice.

Altogether there are seven chapters in this article. This chapter helps us to have a general understanding of the overseas anti-sexual harassing law system represented by America. Chapter two is about the analysis of the phenomenon of the Chinese sexual harassing. Before the first sexual harassing case appeared in 2001, it doesn't belong to the concept of law.
