Methods: One hundred patients with OSAHS were enrolled in this study and divided into two groups: the stricture group (24 cases) and the nonstricture group (76 cases). The dimension of the lingual region airway, the thickness of the retropharyngeal and the lateral pharyngeal tissue, and the width and length of the tongue were determined.

对经多导睡眠监测系统(polysomnography， PSG)确诊的100例OSAHS患者，采用螺旋CT行上呼吸道连续扫描，测量舌后区呼吸道横截面积，对存在舌后区呼吸道狭窄（24例）和无舌后区呼吸道狭窄（76例）的两组患者进行对比研究。

Results: There was no difference of age, BMI, AHI and pulse oxygen between the stricture group and the nonstricture group. The coronal and the arrow diameters of the stricture group were less than those of the nonstricture group. The thickness of the retropharyngeal and lateral pharyngeal wall, and the width and length of the tongue of the stricture group were larger than those of the nonstricture group.

结果：两组患者的一般临床资料无明显差别，舌后区狭窄组的舌后区呼吸道左右径、前后径明显小于非狭窄组，狭窄组的咽后壁、咽侧壁软组织厚度、舌体宽度、舌体长度和舌体截面积等CT测量数据明显大于非狭窄组。

During open/close movement, the distance of condylar movement is smaller than normal occlusion(P.05). During protrusion/retrusion movement, protrusion extent increase,the distance of condylar movement is bigger than normal occlusion(P.05). During lateral excursion, the trace in sagittal plane of the non-working side condyle is more incline than protrusion movement trace and the distance of the left non-working side condylar movement is larger than the right. During mediotrusion/right movement, the left biggest space distance is larger than normal occlusion and the transversal condylar inclination is smallar than normal occlusion when the distance of condylar movement is 5mm, the difference is statistically significant.

Results The supratentorial lesions involved the occipital lobe in 4, frontal lobe in 3, fronto-occipital lobe in 2, temporo-occipital lobe in 3, lateral ventricle in 1 case and the saddle region in 1. All the lesions were large in volume and most of them presented heterogeneous signals in MRI. Of the 14 cases, 12 showed cystic degeneration and necrosis, 2 had hemorrhage and 6 showed signs of emptied small blood vessels. Twelve cases had heterogeneous enhancement and 2 had moderate enhancement. Pathologically, 10 cases of neuroblastomas were identified, along with 3 ganglioneuroblastomas and 1 atypical rhabdoid tumor.

结果 病灶位于顶叶4例，额叶3例，枕顶叶2例，颞枕叶3例，侧脑室1例，鞍区1例，病灶普遍较大，病灶绝大多数信号不均匀，病灶内可见囊变／坏死（12例）、出血（2例）、流空小血管影（6例），增强后病灶呈明显不均匀强化（12例），中等强化2例；神经母细胞瘤10例，节细胞神经母细胞瘤3例，非典型横纹肌样瘤1例。
