Results(1) Group of electroacupuncture in Shu and dense wave can significantlyreduce the degree of ankle swelling(P＜0.05, P＜0.01), which shows thatelectroacupuncture has obvious anti-inflammatory and repercussive roles;(2) Theresults of HE staining showed that group of electroacupuncture in Shuand dense wave can significantly reduce inflammatory cell infiltration,inhibit synovial cell proliferation, and decrease proliferation of granulationtissue in rats joints;(3) group of electroacupuncture in dense-wave can increase the pain thresholdof experimental rats (P＜0.05, P＜0.01), reduce the content of peripheral painmediums, such as K~+, DA and 5-HT(P＜0.05, P＜0.01), which shows thatelectroacupuncture has significant analgesic effect;(4) In the local lesion of joints, electroacupuncture can significantly reducethe content of IL-1β, IL-8, TNF-a, increase IL-4 content, decrease theexpression of COX-2mRNA, and significantly promote the expression ofHSP-70 protein in synovial tissues of acute gouty arthritis rats (P＜0.05,P＜0.01),thus restrain the occurrence of synovial tissue inflammation.

结果：(1)电针疏密波组能显著减轻踝关节肿胀度(P＜0.05，P＜0.01)，表明电针有明显的抗炎消肿作用；(2)HE染色显示：电针疏密波组可使大鼠关节炎症细胞浸润明显减轻，滑膜细胞增生明显被抑制，肉芽组织增生明显减少；(3)电针密波组能提高实验性大鼠痛阈(P＜0.05，P＜0.01)，降低外周疼痛介质K~+、DA、5-HT的含量(P＜0.05，P＜0.01)，表明电针有明显的镇痛作用；(4)在病变关节局部，电针能显著降低急性痛风性关节炎大鼠滑膜组织IL-1β、IL-8、TNF-α含量(P＜0.05，P＜0.01)，升高IL-4的含量(P＜0.05，P＜0.01)，并降低关节滑膜内COX-2mRNA的表达(P＜0.05，P＜0.01)，可促使急性痛风性关节炎大鼠滑膜内HSP-70蛋白表达显著增加(P＜0.05，P＜0.01)，从而抑止滑膜组织炎症发生。

The results show that the density of glass, glass transition temperature and thermal expansion coefficient increase with the increase of yttria content, and the chemical durability decreases with the increase of yttria content. The bend strength of glass increases from 53.52 MPa to 109.65 MPa when 1.80% Y2O3 is added into glass. However, with the content of yttria further increases to 6.84%, the bend strength is suspended about 110 MPa. Y2O3 acting as network modifies in the structure and makes the island-shape network unit repolymerization by the bonding of Ge-O-Y because of the decrease of non-bridge oxygens and strengthening of glass network structure.

Result The results indicated that the content of NO in liver, lung and skeletal muscle of high-dose group and in liver of middle dose group were significantly higher than that of control group and low-dose group (P.01). The content of NO in lung and skeletal muscle in middle dose group were higher than that of low-dose group and the control group (P.05). 方法采用大鼠大脑中动脉缺血2 h/再灌注22 h模型，神经病学评分，脑梗塞范围及脑组织水含量变化，观察脑康灵胶囊抗脑缺血/再灌注损伤的效应；通过测定大鼠脑组织中一氧化氮合酶（nitric oxide synthase，NOS），超氧化物歧化酶（superoxide disumtase，SOD）活性及丙二醛（malondialdehyde，MDA）含量的变化以探讨药物作用的机制。

And the PLA/Chitosan/ACP barriers with additional 2 wt% chitosan still maintain 56.58 % antibacterial ability after eightieth day. The different composition of PLA/Chitosan/ACP composites was prepared by water washing solidification from NMP/water/lactic acid consolvent. After storing at room temperature for 48 hours and taking it out to obtain a shapable composites. To investigate the influence of ratio of composition with the shapable property of composites, it was analyzed by Rheometer, TGA, AFM, XRD. The result of the different APC content had different effect both water content and yield stress of composite materials. The yield stress decreased with ACP content while increases. It was derived that ions, released from ACP interact with amide groups of chitosan to form water-absorbing ionic clusters through chelating or electrostatic attraction.

另外，以聚乳酸/几丁聚醣作为基材并添加不同比例的非晶型磷酸钙，经过水洗固化后可得白色片状沉淀物，於室温下静置48小时后，复合材之体积呈现膨胀且具有可塑形之特性，以热重分析仪与流变仪分析样品之含水率与屈伏应力，结果显示不同ACP含量对复合材含水率与屈伏应力具有消长变化，而PLA/Chitosan/ACP之可塑程度与其所吸收之水份多寡有关，推测可能机制为ACP磷酸钙盐解离后之金属离子与几丁聚醣之胺基透过螯合作用或静电吸引之交互作用，形成具吸水性之离子团簇分散於疏水性之聚乳酸基材中。
