Methods:One hundred and six patients (118 lunbar discs) whose intervertebral disc center were inserted into percutaneous puncture needle under X-ray fluoroscopy after local anesthesia were treated by semiconductor laser (power 0～15 W, wavelength 980 nm)combined with ozonator.
