Base on comparison with the remote sensing data in 1982 and 2000 and field investigation, the results of land cover and land use change were obtained by the method of landscape analysis. Ten types of land use were identified: riparian woods, riparian shrubbery, desert shrubbery, desert grassland, river-way and water area, salinised land, town, Gobi, shift sand dune, denudative upland. The results show that,(1) there were obvious changes in land cover structure.

根据黑河下游额济纳绿洲土地生态分类，利用1982年与2000年2期TM遥感数据对比和野外实地调查，采用景观生态空间分布格局分析方法，分为河岸乔木林、河岸灌草林、荒漠稀疏灌丛、荒漠稀疏草地、河道与水域、盐碱化土地、城镇、戈壁、流动沙丘和剥蚀地山丘陵，从各类土地分布面积变化和类型转移趋向与幅度两个方面，分析了额济纳绿洲20年来土地覆被变化。

Land use type is the outcome of duple influence of nature and human activity, which possessing scrambling, relative instability and complexity, and it can be discussed by fractal theory. Application of fractal theory in land use structure involve in the calculation of fractal dimension of land use type, research method and fractal description of change of land use structure, fractal model of region landscape and so on, but fractal mechanism of spatial diversity of land use type is rarely reported.

土地利用类型是一种在自然和人类活动双重作用下的产物，具有不规则、相对不稳定性和复杂性特征，可以利用分形方法进行探讨；分形理论在土地结构研究中的应用涉及土地利用类型分数维的计算、土地利用结构分形研究方法、土地利用结构及其动态变化的分形描述、区域景观结构的分形模型等方面；但土地利用类型的分形机制的空间差异研究少见报道。

Firstly, some difficult problems required to be solved,such as the land surface parameters′ calculation and observation over inhomogeneous land surface and development similarity theory which can be applicable to the inhomogeneous land surface. Secondly, studies of the bulk transfer coefficients over humid regions of China must be strengthened. Thirdly, whether or not understanding the landatmosphere interaction process over inhomogeneous and complicated land surface in its entirety, the land surface parameters′ expandedness form local to regional scope is a critical and difficult problem.

在此基础上，探讨了该领域研究中存在的几点科学问题：①需要解决非均匀下垫面地表参数的计算和观测以及发展适用于非均匀下垫面的相似性理论等难题；②对我国湿润地区地表总体输送系数的研究需要加强；③能否对非均匀复杂下垫面陆气相互作用过程进行全面的认识，地表参数由&点&到&面&的推广是关键也是难题。

Results show that there is remarkable correlation between the land use types and SOM. From1981 to 2000, the content of SOM increased in the whole area mainly because of the transformation from virgin grass land to cultivated land and increase of irrigable land. The average content of SOM increased by 28% and increased from 9.64 g/kg to 12.35 g/kg. Then the household changed their land use way by driven of interest and do not increase additional input anymore.

研究结果表明：土地利用类型及土地利用方式的转换对土壤有机质含量产生重要影响。1981～2000年，荒草地向耕地的转换以及因灌溉设施的完善而引起水浇地面积的增加使得整个研究区域土壤有机质含量普遍增加，有机质含量平均值从9.64 g/kg增加到12.35 g/kg，增加了28％；在利益的驱使下，农户改变了土地利用方式，不再向种植粮食作物的土地追加投入，研究区域土壤有机质含量平均值由12.35 g/kg降低到11.46 g/kg（2000～2006年）。

The results showed : The way of this village land using is relatively complicated, and the area of cultivated land accounts for 52. 97 percent of the whole area of the land, and the rate of land cultivation and planting is relatively high, but the area of dry land accounts for largish proportion and its productivity is relatively low.

By analyzing soil quality of 4 kinds of land use types in Kalamay agriculture development area according to principal component analysis, we draw the conclusions: nature shrub tree land is affected little by mankind, a great deal of organic matter return to soil every year, and root system can improve soil physical quality, can absorb salt from soil, so the soil quality of nature shrub tree land is the best; the soil quality of farmland is better than the soil quality of manpower Tamarix Bulrush land, which may be reasoned that man make for soil quality by irrigation to exclude salt and fertilizing organic muck in the earlier oasis digging up period. Soil physical qualities of tree land get harden and worsen for flooding irrigation, furthermore climate in Kalamay is dry and rainless , the other irrigation is very long time after the former one, so soil get harden severity and result soil physical quality get worse and worse.

利用主成分分析法分析新疆克拉玛依农业开发区四种土地利用方式下的土壤质量，得出：天然灌木林地，受人为影响较小，每年有大量有机物质返还土壤，且天然灌木的根系可以很好的改良土壤的物理性质，同时所选天然灌木林灌木多是耐盐碱并且本身又具有吸收积累来自土壤的盐分，土壤质量最好；农田受到的人为影响最大，但农田综合得分却好于人工柽柳芦苇地综合得分，这可能是由于在开垦初期的绿洲农田，受到了人们灌水压盐及增施各种有机无机肥料等有利于土壤质量提高的措施所致；乔木林地，由于人们用大水漫灌的方式灌溉，致使林地土壤变得板结，土壤物理性质下降，加上克拉玛依地区气候干燥少雨，一次灌溉后较长时间后才有下一次灌溉，致使土壤理化性质恶化，土壤质量不高。

The order spatial variation of soil surface compaction was in the land reclaimed five years(68.40%), next was unsubsided land(52.58%) and the lowest was the land being reclaimed(22.01%); in terms of the variation, the soil compaction is higher and the variation is lower to each soil layer of being reclaimed land, and the compaction of the first three layer is lower but the variation is higher to other redamed land, to the fourth layer(22.86～30.48 cm) is higher and variation is lower, and the compaction under the forth layer is nearly stable.
