Based on this and considering: land use has contacts with soil nutrient; the development of ecology and agrology has already formed the inter-dynamic relation in the last few years, the author sprouted a new idea that the study on land use is carried out in another way. That is to say, land use patterns are designed combining land use modes, soil nutrient with other respects and according as landscape ecology in order to land sustainable use.

在此基础之上，并鉴于以下两点：土地利用与土壤养分有着密切的联系；近些年来，生态学和土壤学的发展已经形成了互动的关系，笔者提出一条新的思路：换个角度入手来合理配置土地利用，即将土地利用方式、土壤养分和其它方面结合起来，依据景观生态学原理，通过土地生态设计来寻求土地利用优化模式，保证土地利用的可持续性。

In this paper, we took Jiangsu Province, which consists of northern, central and southern parts, as the study area, and extracted land use conversion matrix tables of the three parts based on land use data of Jiangsu Province during four different periods (1985,1995,2000 and 2005). Accordingly, we analyzed the regional differences of land use and the driving mechanism of land use change in light of data on population, urbanization, adjustment of agricultural structure and policy.

The result indicated that (1) During 10 years, the number of unused land and grassplot was decreased, the other types of use land were increased;(2) The absolute index of land structure variation in Aksu area during 10 years was 8, among which the annual change of garden land and traffic land was great, the annual change of grassplot and unused land was small;(3) The relative change of introduced single type of land use indicated that there was significant regional difference in the change of land use in Aksu area.

结果表明：(1)在10年尺度上土地利用总体动态特征是未利用地和牧草地减少，其它土地利用类型增加；(2)10年间阿克苏地区土地结构变化绝对指数为8，其中：园地，交通用地的年变化率较大，牧草地、未利用地的年变化率较小；(3)引入的单一土地利用类型相对变化率，反映出阿克苏地区土地利用变化存在明显区域差异。
