Dilation of capillaries and small vessels was lessened. In 21d group, Bcl-2mRNA and P53mRNA expression was decreased in pyramidal cells. In 28d group, little change about the expression and distribution of Bcl-2mRNA and P53mRNA was observed. Lots of Bcl-2mRNA and P53mRNA were scattered in cortex of temporal lobe around hippocampus and callosal gyrus area. Dilation of capillaries and small vessels was lessened obviously.
