Results Acute oral LD50 were 278 mg/kg and 56.2 mg/kg in rats and mice respectively, while dermal LD50＞2 000 mg/kg and inhalative LC50＞3 000 mg/m3. Skin and eye irritancy were estimated to be negative and mild respectively. Cumulative coefficient was 2.3 and allergic rate was 0%. A negative result was observed in Ames assay while increased frequencies of bone marrow micronuclei and spermatocyte chromosome aberrations were noted in the high dose (11.24 mg/kg) group.

The diversity of different zoology area was distinct. The result of pertinence analyses showed that available boron contents had correlativity with the pH(r=0.181** n=281) and CEC（r=0.124** n=281 and It had correlativity with Organic matte When the content of organic matte is high; in addition, soil granule、clime was the Influencing factor of availability of boron in Yellow Soils in Chongqing.

笔者通过调查取样对重庆市黄壤硼的含量进行测定并分析了缺硼的程度，对其影响因素进行了相关性分析，研究结果表明：重庆市黄壤有效硼的平均含量为0.39±0.27mg/kg，其中近80%的土壤样品有效硼含量低于0.5mg/kg，属于低硼或缺硼土壤，还有17.44%的土壤样品有效硼含量低于0.2mg/kg，属于极度缺硼的土壤；而有效硼含量的分布频率比较分散，变幅较大，从0.07mg/kg~1.99mg/kg，变异系数达到69.41%，不同生态类型区土壤有效硼含量的差异十分明显；而相关性分析结果表明：土壤有效硼与土壤pH值(r=0.181** n=281)和CEC（r=0.124** n=281呈正相关，在有机质含量较高的条件下与其相关性也较为显著（r=0.347** n=90，而土壤质地以及气候也对重庆市黄壤硼的有效性有很大的影响

Randomized block design with single factor was adopted in the experiment.The energy level of group Ⅲ(with digestive energy of 12.98 MJ/kg) was designed according to the feeding standard energy requirement of Chinese meat-fat type of growth-finishing pigs,while the energy level of groupⅠ(with digestive energy of 14.22 MJ/kg) was designed according to feeding standard of NRC(1998) growth-finishing pigs.The energy level of group Ⅱ(with digestive energy of 13.60 MJ/kg) was designed between groupⅠ and Ⅲ.The energy levels of group Ⅳ and Ⅴ were designed under the energy level of group Ⅲ.The gradient of each adjacent energy level was 0.62 MJ/kg.

The optimum dosage was 5-10 mg/kg, which had optimum prolonging rate of 32.77%(P.05). Thus GP could significantly prolong survival time of mice bearing SF763, A549 and EC tumors.

结果表明：生药剂量320 mg/kg GP联合2 mg/kg阿霉素，其生命延长率为88%(P01)，GP能明显延长荷人脑瘤SF763裸鼠生命；GP在大于40 mg/kg时对人肺腺瘤A549裸鼠具有明显的抑制作用(P.05)，最佳剂量为GP 80 mg/kg，接种时间11d，抑瘤率为82.2%(P.01)；GP对艾氏腹水瘤EC小鼠的生存期呈现负量效关系，GP最佳剂量范围在5~10 mg/kg，最高生命延长率为32.77%(P.05)。
