METHODS From 1990, nine cases (11 sides) with traumatic metacarpophalangeal joint defect were treated by the autogenous cartilage transplantation of metatarsophalangeal joint followed by modified treatment. Appropriate biological mechanics was provided by internal fixation and collateral ligament repair.

Old aged male always go with hypertension, coronary heart disease and diabetes,the rate is significantly higher than that in young and middle aged male(P＜0.05), while the rale of hyperlipemia is similar in two groups.

结果 两组患者均嗜好高嘌呤饮食，中青年男性饮酒明显多于老年男性患者；发病诱因方面中青年男性主要有剧烈运动、大量饮酒，而老年男性主要是感冒、天气变化及使用利尿剂；中青年男性痛风首发第一跖趾关节为多，多数累及单关节，而老年男性则以膝、踝等大关节为多，累及2～3个关节；老年男性合并高血压、冠心病、糖尿病的概率比中青年男性多，两者差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)，但两者合并高脂血症的概率则无明显差异。

Results: For normal living body. extensor hallucis longus was about (44±4.26)mm lateral to tibialis anterior muscle at the transverse striation of ankle,(2.00±2.22)mm lateral to the middle point of tarsometatarsal joint,(1.32±1.46)mm lateral to the middle point of metatarsophalangeal joint, and it inserted into the center of the base of distal phalanx with the range of (2.22±2.42) mm.

结果：正常长伸肌腱的位置在踝横纹处位于胫骨前肌外侧(9.44±4.26)mm，在跖附关节中点外侧(2.00±2.22)mm，跖趾关节中点外侧(1.32±1.46)mm，止点位于末节趾骨基底中点(2.22±2.42)mm范围内，长屈肌腱在跖趾关节中点外侧(0.44±2.42)mm。

Flexor pollicis longus muscle tendon was about (0.44±2.42)mm lateral to the center of metatarsophalangeal joint. For cases of HV, extensor hallucis longus was about (9.32±3.46)mm lateral to tibialis anterior muscle at ankle transverse striation,(3.00±2.22)mm lateral to the center of tarsometatarsal joint.

在外翻的患者中，长伸肌腱在踝横纹处位于胫骨前肌外侧(9.32±3.46)mm，在跗跖关节中点外侧(3.00±2.22)mm，跖趾关节中点外侧(4.22±2.26)mm，止点位于末节趾骨基底中点(2.02±2.32)mm范围内，长屈肌腱在跖趾关节中点外侧(3.24±2.32)mm。

目的 评价微型钢板治疗masonⅲ型桡骨小头骨折的临床效果。方法对10 例masonⅲ型骨折进行微型钢板内固定，根据患者肘关节活动疼痛、稳定性和肌力情况，依照broberg和morrey肘关节评分标准进行功能评价。结果 10 例患者随访12～24个月，平均20个月，肘关节平均评分58 分(30～90)分，其中优1 例，良4 例，差5 例，优良率50％。结论切开复位微型钢板内固定治疗复杂的masonⅲ型桡骨小头骨折，不能取得良好的临床效果，如果要获得较好的肘关节活动和早期康复，可考虑桡骨小头切除或置换。
