Rats in control group and model group received 0.9% sodium chloride solution 10 mL/kg. Rats in compound danshen dripping pills group received 0.75% compound danshen dripping pills 10 mL/kg. Rats in Xintongzhi drop pill high dose group and Xintongzhi drop pill low dose group received 3.6%, 1.8% Xintongzhi drop pill 10 mL/kg, respectively. After 7 days except control group, myocardial ischemia models were established by ranine vein of hypophysin in other four groups. The changes of lactate dehydrogenase,α-Hydroxybutyrate Dehydrogenase, creatine kinase, creatine kinase MB and ECG were recorded in each groups.
