At the beginning of 80's Andrzej Kostynowicz vel Andre Kostynowitz runs away from Poland, as he was involved in the conflict with polish authorities. He gets a French nationality and starts to work for state authorities as a secret executioner. After a wealthy Polish businessman irrationally deceives a group of French executives during a high-stakes business transaction, the executives waste no time in recruiting Kostynowitz to kill Muran. But when the Polish Secret Police get wind of their plan, they go against orders to protect the endangered man, whose life, as well as their own, could be taken at any moment. To obtain more information of magnesium homeostasis in mitochondria, mTn-lacZ/LEU2 transposon library was transformed into mrs2 deletion mutant to screen for suppressor genes of MRS2. YMR166C, a member of mitochondrial carrier family, was identified as a suppressor gene of MRS2. Deletion of YMR166C gene can rescue the defects of mrs2 deletion mutant such as the decrease in mitochondrial magnesium concentration, Group II RNA splicing defect and growth defect on nonfermentable carbon source. For the first time we demonstrated YMR166C is involved in mitochondrial magnesium homeostasis.

Three important conclusions are as follows:(1) the H2O content in garnet and omphacite can be up to 2000ppm and 3000ppm by weight respectively, indicating that they are significant carrier recycing surficial water into deep earth;(2) the heterogeneous distribution at the small scale of the H2O content and hydrogen isotopic ratios suggest that the whole subduction- exhumation process should be very fast;(3) the regular decrease of H2O content from rim to core within some garnet and omphacite grains indicates that hydrogen diffused out from mineral lattice during exhumation in response to sharp pressure decrease, and such hydrogen is expected to be involved in the early-stage retrograde metamorphism.
